Saccharomyces boulardii is a yeast probiotic that is more temperature-stable and resistant to gastric juices than bacteria. It does not produce enzymes or acids that could degrade the intestinal epithelium, making it an excellent choice as a probiotic for those with fragile gastrointestinal tracts.

Dosage: 2 scoops (2.4 g). Pour into 50 ml of water, let dissolve, stir.

Specific dosage cases:

• For diagnosed bacterial infection: take the product at the beginning of treatment and then for 14 days after stopping antibiotics. For maximum effect, leave at least two hours between the antibiotic and probiotic.
• Before traveling to exotic countries, take at least 1 week before your planned departure.
