Möller's Omega-3 gummies contain high quality concentrated sardine and anchovy fish oil. For their production, the latest technology is used to provide the maximum amount of omega-3 and vitamin D present in jelly, while maintaining a delicious taste.

Omega 3 fatty acids belong to beneficial polyunsaturated fats and are divided into two categories, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is found naturally in plant foods, such as linseed and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), contained in fish. Α-linolenic acid (ALA) is converted into EPA and DHA in the body, while EPA and DHA are readily absorbed by the body from the foods they contain.
