Pregnacare Plus dual pack provides the original fully comprehensive multivitamin tablet, which delivers the essential nutrients for pregnancy including the recommended level of 400mcg folic acid and 10 mcg vitamin D as advised by the UK Department of Health D during pregnancy and breast-feeding, plus an additional Omega-3 capsule to provide a rich source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults).
Pregnacare Plus has been specially developed so that mothers-to-be can safeguard their extra dietary requirements, without confusion about which supplements to take.

Instructions for Use:
One tablet (Green Blister) per day, plus one capsule (Pink Blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.

As with other food supplements, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies, or are allergic to any of the ingredients
Allergy Advice:
Made in a site that may handle nuts. Allergens: soya. As Pregnacare contains vitamin K, if you are taking oral anticoagulants (blood thinning medication) do not take Pregnacare except on the advice of a doctor. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
