Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), involved in metabolism, promotes the formation of red blood cells, is essential for the nervous system and the normal functioning of the brain and the synthesis of RNA, DNA. It is useful in cases of water retention, necessary for the production of antibodies and for the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.
