Coenzyme Q10, drops
It contains a water-soluble, reduced form of coenzyme Q10 - ubiquinol. It has a much higher absorbability compared to the oil form enclosed in capsules (softgels) and compared to the oxide forms of COQ10.
CoQ10 synthesis in the body decreases with age. This can affect energy production, protection against oxidative stress, and overall health, especially in areas with high energy needs such as the heart, muscles, and nervous system.
