It does not occur in plants, it is natural part of locomotor system, bones, cartilages and joints, and it determines mechanical properties of cartilages, primarily their firmness and elasticity.
GLUCOSAMINE SULPHATE is a part of macromolecules creating amorphous component of extracellular matrix of cartilages, it contains organically bound sulphur.
CHODROITIN SULPHATE is a natural part of elastic extracellular matrix of cartilage and connective tissues; it occurs in cartilages, bones, cornea, skin and arteria walls. It contains organically bound sulphur.
SODIUM HYALURONATE is found in large quantities in the body synovial fluid and skin. It binds water, holds about 1,000 times the water to its weight, and affects the properties of joint fluid and the hydration of connective tissues - cartilages.
MSM contains organically bound sulphur, which is present in collagen cross-links. These disulfide bonds are responsible for firmness and stability of collagen molecules.
BOSWELLIA SERRATA – extract from a bark resin of Boswellia serrata tree, it has been used for more than 5000 years in Ayurveda science.

Cartilage is created by 70 % of water bound in a gel of proteoglycans kept in the collagen fibers net. Therefore an adequate fluid intake is important. 0,03 l of water per a kilogram of a man´s weight is optimum for hydration of joint cartilages.
How to use it?
Adults and children from 12 years of age take 1 scoop (14 g of powder) once a day. Mix the powder in a glass of water (250 ml) and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Take the product for 2 - 3 months, do not interrupt the started treatment. It is recommended to repeat the treatment 3 times a year. For maximum effect, ensure a sufficient daily supply of clean water. The product can also be used permanently.
The product is not intended for children under 12 years, pregnant and lactating women.
