Therapeutic Indications:

Evening primrose is a plant rich in elements with natural estrogenic action that can be used with good results in premenstrual syndrome and menopause.


Its Latin name is Oenothera biennis. An annual herbaceous plant, originally from North America, it now grows in many temperate regions of the world. It is sub-spontaneous in several areas of the continent.

Belonging to the Onagraceae family, the oil from its seeds is used. This oil consists of oil with glyceric esters of fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, α-linolenic (GLA), palmitic, stearic), phytosterols and carotenoids.


It has the following properties:


- Reduces common disorders in the so-called premenstrual syndrome (hot flashes, irritability, breast tension, etc.)

- Helps regulate cholesterol levels

- Helps regulate blood pressure

- Antiplatelet agent

- Prevents arteriosclerosis and thromboembolism

Vitamin E - 13.4mg a-TE (111.6% NRV*).

Oenothera biennis (Evening Primrose, seed oil containing at least 10% GLA, 1st cold pressed), gelatin, humectant: glycerin, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate.


Dosage and Administration:

Take 1 capsule after breakfast and dinner.
