Therapeutic Indications:

5-HTP is a naturally occurring amino acid and is the chemical precursor and metabolic intermediate of serotonin biosynthesis. Supplementation with 5-HTP increases serotonin synthesis and the associated feeling of well-being.

Composition:

5-HTP (Griffonia simplicifolia - dry extract of seeds containing 30% 5-HTP) - 100mg;

Vitamin B1 - 0.55mg (50% R.D.*);

Vitamin B6 - 0.7mg (50% R.D.*);

Vitamin B12 - 1.25µg (50% R.D.*);

Niacin - 8mg (50% R.D.*);

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. - containing at least 0.3% valerenic acid) - 100mg.

Ingredients:

Griffonia simplicifolia (dry extract of seeds containing 30% 5-HTP), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian; root extract containing at least 0.3% valerenic acid), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; nicotinamide, cyanocobalamin (0.1%), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride.

Dosage and Administration:

Take 1 tablet twice a day, preferably before meals.
